Understanding the importance of human resources, Mackinnons and its associate concern have always given due attentio n to the training needs of staff and over the years made appropriate investment in this area. As a result the group's staff gained a high degree of exposure in the over all shipping areas and were most sought after in the market.

With the recent take-over of P&O Nedlloyd by A. P. Moller (Maersk Line) the shipping staff had to be released. However some of these experienced ex P&O Nedlloyd staff will be happy to return t o us if needed, so do not anticipate any problems on staffing.

In the meantime to cover any i mmediate requirements of possible shipping business we have sufficient managerial and clerical capability to provide required services till the human resources are up graded in line with requirements of new business.
