Job Description

  • To handle inspection enquiry in coordination with Operations / BD Manager and Supervisor. Submitting quotation/proposals for Inspection Services.
  • To schedule the inspections with timely intimation to the customer and inspectors of SGS.
  • To ensure that the reports made by the inspectors are dispatched to the customer in time.
  • To maintain the confidentiality requirements in each activity during the service period.
  • Maintain and coordinating with client data exchange, keeping track of all correspondence, Faxes, letters etc. and ensuring proper filing to a specific job number as per office procedure
  • Providing necessary information for invoicing and processing Order in BOSS
    • Filing and maintaining various client and job records as per office approved procedures.
    • Other administrative activities as per the need and specific requirements of department including and not limited to Sales support, Tendering etc
  • Preparing Purchase order in EPROMIS
  • Arrange all logistics for mobilization and demobilization of Employees 
  • Coordinates for booking in travel agencies and preparing for necessary documents they needs for entry in other countries visa, immigration requirements
  • Maintaining Physical and digital records of employees and company operation.
  • Support management to hire and arrange trainings for new employees based on departmental and job needs.
  • Prepare monthly salary sheet of employees and submit of HR for further processing.
  • On time calibration renewal of Equipment and maintenance of Calibration record.

Job Resposibilities

  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers / subcontractor. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
  • Communicate with suppliers/ subcontractors to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Provide Logistic support to Back office and site team as applicable.
  • Record keeping of site and office operation as per Department QMS as applicable.
  • Assist site or office supervisor for ongoing operations as applicable.
  • Giving recruitment adds in difference job portals
  • Shortlisting of CVs from database based on Job descriptions.
  • Initial screening of candidates. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Arrange interviews with Management by coordinating schedules
  • Employee file maintenance.
  • Arrange HR mandatory Trainings and keep the record and submit to Training coordinator
