1- Provide HVAC maintenance to all buildings, Plants, HEX but not limited to mechanical maintenance. 2- Conduct regular and scheduled maintenance inspections inside and outside Plants and HEX’s to check for the maintenance requirement. 3- Record maintenance activities as carried out and follow daily/weekly work orders. 4- Proper utilization of CMMS for providing accurate reports. 5- Conduct general housekeeping in own work areas in order to ensure and comply with safety rules and regulations.
1- Perform Preventive, Corrective, Predictive and Breakdown maintenances and rectification to all the mechanical systems and equipment inside the plants, buildings and HEX’s. 2- Check and maintain the existing mechanical installations and provide the complete installation of new systems programme, whenever required. 3- Monitor and update the chillers and HVAC system spare parts. 4 -Troubleshoot, maintain, diagnose and overhaul the mechanical side of the Centrifugal Chillers, FCUs, AHU’s, FAHU’s, Exhaust fans, Ventilation systems, Pressurization Fans, Piping Installations, Filters, Strainers, Valves, PHE and other Mechanical Systems. 5- Supervise and execute the layouts and technical drawings of the HVAC layouts and other mechanical diagrams. 6- Maintain Proper tools, safety PPE’s, Spares and provide annual requirements. 7- Respond to Emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of business continuation and safety concerns. 8- Participate in QC provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies 9- Generate technical layouts and technical reports. 10- Understand and implement the basis of the Computer Maintenance Management Systems. 11- Perform vibration test analysis and Alignment for the rotating equipment of HVAC system. 12- Provide assistance and guidance to other team members, whenever required.
