Job Description

  1. Ability to deliver soft & technical courses as relevant to work needs;
  2. Ensures successful completion of courses, compiles monthly, quarterly, and annual training progress reports.
  3. Shall have a valid Kuwaiti Driver’s License.

Job Resposibilities

  1. Min. three certification in the Inspection, Corrosion and/or PSM Knowledge of PSM, Inspection, Corrosion, NDT relevant codes and standards;
  2. Knowledge of Oil & Gas process and KOC operations;
  3. Preparing action plan, KPI, reviewing of budget proposals, and preparing the progress update;
  4. Follow up of all contract budgets, contract technical specifications, adjustment orders, estimates, etc.;
  5. Ability to conduct, organize, and coordinates in-house, external, and local courses;
  6. Ability to coordinate and execute group PDP & training needs;
