Job Resposibilities

1. Oversee Execution of daily operations, making sure production cycles are met from part design to fabrication. Manage handling of raw material and equipment logistics, people resources and administrative processes. 2. Manage execution of work scope, including workflow such as approval of Sub Contractor Request "SCR", Material Take Off "MTO", Work Completion Form "WCFs, Foreman chits and Permit to Work "PTWs". 3. Monitor and report on the availability, utilization and maintenance of equipment and tools, including the calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment. 4. Develop systems and procedures that track and monitor productivity met Tics and performance targets to ensure the optimization of returns for the company. 5. Ensure that all activities are captured for billing purposes and report to management for value chain throughput. Authorize purchase of equipment, spares and materials as required. 6. Conduct briefing to the section and ensure execution in compliance with all safety and quality aspects of Integrity Management System "IMS'', work instructions and procedure res 7. Specify and comply with work standards and resolve all quality issues on a timely manner. 8. Plan and allocate the section manpower & monitors the cost and man-hours of each job against the plan 9. As the head of the Piping Workshop, Co-ordinates closely with Project managers to ensure fabrication adherence to specifications and timely delivery of installation and repair services. 10. Cultivate a culture of "Zero Harm' where it is a safe to speak up and stop unsafe work. 11. Work closely with QSA to implement quality assurance and control practices to both prevent and detect defects 12. Consult with the Commercial and Marketing department and Project Manager to review and understand the tender contract, to make an evaluation of the technical quality assurance & control support. Consult and inform the QSA Manager on the likely accountabilities, responsibilities and resources required for each project. 13. Review daily operational performance data & apply subject matter expertise to establish and synthesize in formation in order to provide and present insight for decision making in daily operational meetings. Isolate and provide feedback on the causes & potential solutions such as resource prioritization, technical fixes etc. 14. Establish a data repository to capture and store key production process throughput data and internal benchmarks and KPI's, for the purpose of business decision relate to continual improvement and productivity efficiency 15. Facilitate a Balanced Score Card approach in the department which cultivates continual improvement in financial performance, process improvement, customer satisfaction (internal and external) and people engagement. 16. Complete other duties as directed from time to time.
