1- Bachelors Degree with Safety related Diploma or Professional Safety accreditation (EG NEBOSH Oil & Gas Diploma — Grade by Pass — Credit — Distinction achievement).
2- Internal Auditor for QEHS Integrated Management System (ISO 14fXI1 and OHSAS 18001).Institute of Safety & Health (IOSH) Technical level 3 minimum.
3- ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001).

|Experience:||More than 10 years' experience in a Brownfield/Greenfield Oil and Gas Project or Oil and Gas Operating Company. With some leadership/supervisory experience.|
1-Perform daily inspections using “safety tools” (e.g. JSA's Method statements, PTW, lists); Check regularly the Actions Tracking Register and advise the SHE Lead/Head on actions closure progress.
2-Daily PTW review to ensure all PTW's and supporting documentation requirements are fully and properly implemented; participate in incident investigations and provide information to the SHE Lead/Head and or Project Manager and lead any incident data analysis and trends identification.
3-Any activity not immediately endangering the personnel but not in line with Contractor Project Procedures, not respecting the country SHE Regulations and not in line with International Standards shall be immediately communicated to the Contractor SHE Officers or Construction supervisor for immediate corrective action.
1-Provide oversight and guidance for SHE/ regulatory compliance/ performance during the construction and installation phases.
2-Champion on-site safety awareness and safe performance with Contractor and among the Project Team; Support SHE&S Toolbox Meetings with Contractors' team.
3-Monitor Contractor's activities for compliance with Contractor approved Project SHE procedures, during installation phase, liaise with Company team, Contractor, sub-Contractor, vendor suppliers as needed; develop strong working relationships with Contractor and Subcontractor SHE personnel.
4-Liaise daily with Contractor SHE Officers to ensure the effective implementation of all Project SHE&S requirements, monitor daily the Contractor's activities and performance and report to SHE Lead/Head the safety performance and the data related to Contractor compliance with the Financial KPIS requirements; coordinates delivery of specific SHE&S related trainings as per the Competency Matrix and ensures accurate records are maintained; monitor Contractor/subcontractor SHE staffing and experience levels and effectiveness. Reports to SHE Lead/Head in case of deficiency.
5-Enhance at Project package locations, the risk awareness and support / monitor the Project Behavior programs by ensuring at least 9@/ availability on site; provide leadership and support to Contractor and sub-Contractors SHE networks with particular emphasis on less empowered and experienced SHE Officers.
6-Review with Project Package team and Contractor, at Contractor sites, the On-Job Training sessions for the benefit of the workforce; Implement IIF Cards (or equivalent) and support Contractor for deployment at work site.
7-Ensure with Contractor SHE team the correct implemented Life Saving Rules Program (or equivalent) at Contractor work sites and intervene, record and report to SHE Lead/Head when violations are observed; analyses all unsafe behavior and condition data and propose trends improvement actions.
