Complete machining work both on-board of vessels or ashore as per the work instructions in order to meet clients' and yard's requirements and deliver projects on time.

Job Resposibilities

1. Check materials prior to use to ensure they meet required standards and report damages when required.
2. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
3. Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
4. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
5. Prevent wastage of materials and welding consumables and report any mallinction of tools and machinery to immediate supervisor.
6. Takes initiative to pursue self-development through on-job-training/education.Follow the day-to-day operations relate
7. Operate balancing machine, CNC boring machine, conventional boring machine, CNC milling machine, conventional milling machine, NC lathe machine, conventional large lathe machine, drilling machine, grinding machine, In situ machining, vertical lathe machine and calibration by precision tools.
