• Strong Knowledge and expeerience of preparing and reviewing technical reports with giving proper engineering recommendations.
• Knowledge of power plant design and drawing, single line diagram etc.
• Knowledge in leading of a group, knowledge in safety and hazardous operation conditions, skill in motivation and communication of his team

Job Resposibilities

• Responsible for the highest standards of safety, efficiency and profitable operation of the plant by working along well-motivated and highly trained Operations/Maintenance/Technical Support teams, to work effectively in a dynamic environment.                                                                                           • Experience of power plant major equipment including combustion turbines, steam turbines, HRSG,HRSG with additional burner ,solar energy and feedwater heaters...etc 
• Have experience of Gas Turbine  HRSG , boiler and steam turbine minor, hot gas path and major inspections  maintenance  Having experience in maintenance of gas turbines shall essential.
• Experienced with Gas Turbine   HRSG, Boiler and steam turbine minor, hot gas path and major inspections requirements of  and different major gas turbine makes and models.
• Experinced with Gas Turbine blades & vanes materials, manufacturing processes and repair techniques.
• Strong Knowledge and expeerience of preparing and reviewing technical reports with giving proper engineering recommendations.
• Strong experience of trouble shooting and fault analysis of turbine rotor failures.
• Experience of writing technical documents for the scope of works and specifications of replacement/updating of GT auxiliary systems.
• Experience of international root cause analysis software (preferably Sologic) with minimum of 50 reports prepared and minimum 20 reports reviewed.
• Experience of bid technical evaluation for the procurement of hot parts .
• Experience of reading and understanding power plant system P& ID and equipment and system drawings.
• Knowledge of safety and hazardous operation conditions, related international standards and best practices.
• The candidate should have Strong team work and interpersonal skills.
• Fully capable of dealing with MS office software.                                                                                                                                                                            

 • Capable to issue & reivew polices & procdures in HRSG & BOILER Operation and Maintenance.
