Working knowledge and experience in implementing ISO series 55000 standards Strong organizational skills, negotiation skills and attention to detail A multitasker who can deal with deadlines and can defend own opinion in a clear and structured manner Ability to critically evaluate ideas and opinions Flexible approach towards work Collaborating with various internal departments to fulfill requirements Good knowledge of English is required as all documents and minutes of meetings are in English Advanced skills in MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint Expert in developing presentations for diverse audiences Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is preferable
Develop and implement asset management strategy, policies, KPIs and plans • Develop asset management organization structure that will fit with the current structure • Review existing O&M practices within the company and suggest improvement initiatives • Prepare a list of contractors suitable for implementing the identified initiatives • Write scope of work for improvement initiatives • Participate in bids evaluation and contractor selection • Participate in monitoring contractor’s performance • Write progress reports • Prepare periodical presentation to management
