1- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
5-Develop and implementing Risk & Compliance Monitoring Department at generation to provide reasonable assurance to GBL management that the business objectives are achieve, and create an environment where risk is embraced.
|Experience:||Minimum 12 years’ experience in risk & Compliance management and power plant O&M|
? Strong organizational skills, negotiation skills and attention to detail
? A multitasker who can deal with deadlines and can defend own opinion in a clear and structured manner
? Ability to critically evaluate ideas and opinions ? Flexible approach towards work
? Collaborating with various internal departments to fulfill requirements
? Good knowledge of English is required as all documents and minutes of meetings are in English
? Advanced skills in MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint /PI power / data analyzing tool (Ex, Micro strategy)
? Expert in developing presentations for diverse audiences ? Acceptable knowledge of Saudi’s regulations relate to energy sector.

? The demonstration of specific competencies is considered essential for this level of position. These include outstanding strengths in impact and influence, commercial acumen, seeing the big picture and empowerment in addition to very well defined skills in leadership achievement to drive, decisiveness/judgement and developing others.
? Professional trainer and coach to spread knowledge and awareness of risk in the BL.
? Excellent understanding of the related Risk Management Policies, process and procedures.
? Excellent Ability to develop and apply related models. ? Outstanding analytical and evaluation skills. ? Outstanding Communication skills ? Detailed understanding of best practice in Risk Management
? Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is preferable
? Working knowledge and experience in implementing ISO 31000 and ERM.
? Develop and implement Generation Risk & Compliance policies, procedures, Risk & Compliance framework.
? Develop a robust Risk & Compliance culture.
• Periodic Risk & Compliance awareness sessions/ workshops for employees across all levels to popularize concepts and workshops to validate risk mitigation plans
? Review and advise team working on establish, maintain and continuously improve enterprise wide risk management capabilities, and communicate risk management policies
? Assure that BL’s risk exposure within approved appetite.
? Identify right key risk indicators with their thresholds.
? Insure alignment of BL’s objectives and performance with risk registers.
? Lead and contribute in risk control self-assessment’s (RCSA’s) with risk owners and related stakeholders.
? Contribute in risk identification and assessment process across the organization to obtain a companywide view of enterprise risk.
? Oversee and advise risk owners in risks identification and assessment and have the right treatment and mitigations actions plans
? Monitor and evaluate operational risk owners to periodically update risk registers and RMAP’s and RCSA’s to ensure that each is complete to the best of his ability and his area of responsibility.
? Assess the effectiveness of the framework, processes, adherence to policy and practices in achieving the set objectives of enterprise risk management.
? Update compliance register and develop promote the compliance culture.
