Qualification: | 1-You must hold a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. 2-You should be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of National Electric Code/NFPA 70, IEC or equivalent standards for HV equipment’s. 3-As well as able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of electrical installations, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location classification. 4-You should also have general knowledge of ISO 9001 quality requirements as well as international standards, as applicable to your discipline. 5-ISO 9001:2008/2015, NFPA 70 certified or equivalent is preferred.

1-Seeking Inspector Engineers to join Power Systems Engineering Department (PSED).
2-PSED is responsible for providing and managing highly technical and specialized engineering services to support the safe and reliable operation of company electrical power system generation, transmission and distribution networks.
3-Your primary role will be to perform on-site equipment inspection tests and provide inspection reports with corrective actions for maintenance work. You will track the progress and status update of maintenance work, repairs and ensure the efficiency of all maintenance processes and activities.

1-Perform inspection and witness the testing of various materials and equipment at site to verify compliance with company standards as per preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
2-Perform inspections based on audit plan, equipment inspection schedule and overall schedule developed for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
3-Monitor maintenance work and quality system to ensure adequate performance and compliance with company quality requirements.
4-Ensure that all repairs and inspection test records are documented and filled properly.
5-Fill and compile all QC checklists.
6-Attend equipment’s pre-commissioning and energizations.
7-Prepare inspection and surveillance reports, LBE in QMIS/SAIF or any other system implemented by department.
8-Review contractor quality plans, procedures, and QA/ QC personal qualification if applicable.
9-Perform focused assessments of specific work elements to ensure that the maintenance quality activities and processes are effective.
10-Participate in the mechanical acceptance activities and prepare the Exception Item List (EIL) in MPCS as per the guidelines of GI-2.710 if applicable.
11-Attend regular and task-oriented meetings within department and other departments/contractors.
12-Ensure no overdue inspection as per EIS intervals.
13-Report any electrical finding to Operation Foreman and Field Supervisor, issue DN (Defect Notification) or LBE, ensure that ETC does not lead to a hazardous situation and update the completion status to Sr. Inspector.
14-Ensure that all individuals directly involved in the splicing or termination of electrical power cables with insulation that is rated above 1,000 V have current valid certificates as per GI-0002.705.
15-Perform the required spot checks on plant maintenance PM check and repair activities on the critical electrical equipment.
16-Report any repair that requires material or design change or any engineering evaluations.
17-Conduct annual checks on electrical testing instruments, used by maintenance as per ANSI/NETA ATS.
