Sound knowledge of Mechanical & Chemical testing in pipe manufacturing. Well familiar with API, ASTM, ISO Specification related to testing and calibration e.g API 5L, ASTM 370, ISO 17025 etc. |

Laboratory Engineer is accountable to the Quality Manager of Company PCK through; • Regular reporting on the implementation of the test- Completion of assigned job • Key Performance Targets.
Laboratory Engineer have an authority to make decisions and act on any matter regarding conformance & integrity of test within area of responsibility.
1. Involved in establishment of Laboratory's management regulations;
2. Involved in making operation procedure of physical and chemical testing, and operation rules of physical and chemical testing devices; responsible of raw material testing, chemical analysis and mechanical performance testing of products, and offering operational guidance to testing personnel and completing reports; analysis of unqualified testing.
3, Responsible to establish and operation of measurement management system (Calibration etc);
4, Complying with regulations of HSE and other policies.
5, completing other temporarily tasks required by supervisors and the management.
