Valid Armco Approved certification as RTFI
Active ASNT NDT LEVEL II or HI in RT with other methods e.g. RT, UT, VT & PT
Near distance vision Jaeger J 1 at > 12in and no color blindness (to be checked once per year)
1-Individuals shall be Responsible to set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment. Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using RT methods of inspection. Follow established techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. Apply developed testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results. Prepare report for test results. Perform specialized inspections_ Should exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training and guidance of trainees and RT Level 1 personnel. Completing other temporarily/ permanent tasks required by supervisors.
2-RT Technician/Inspector/ Engineer is accountable to the NDT Level III Engineer of Al-Qahtani PCK through: ' Completion of assigned job - Key Performance Targets. NDT Technicianilnspectorl Engineer have an authority to make decisions and act on any matter regarding conformance & integrity of NDT position within area of his responsibility.
