The Integrated Activity Planner reports directly to department manager and collates and analyses logistics demand data from internal and external stakeholders in conjunction with market knowledge to construct forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans which will secure the optimal resources are hired for uninterrupted support to offshore drilling and production for all companies in the State of Qatar
10 years’ experience in logistics or Integrated Activity Planning
5 years’ work experience in an offshore oil & gas company
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability for end-to-end process thinking
Effective communication skills
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and a passion for problem solving
Ability to develop strong working relationships with Joint Venture shareholders
Working knowledge of standard office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma will be an advantage
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Basic project management and presentation skills
