Quality Excellence Specialist shall drive process improvement and innovation using Lean/Six Sigma, innovation, customer experience and change leadership methodologies across the organization. He shall develop and implement operating methods, procedures and measurements to meet quality, customer satisfaction and other business objectives in line with Excellence & Continuous plan strategies. He shall establish measures and objectives to guide and track improvements through reporting and monitoring, which aims to provide data on the potential areas for improvement that are found throughout processes across organization.
Good knowledge of Six Sigma set of techniques and tools for process improvement
Good knowledge of continuous / process improvement methods such as Business process mapping, Processcapability, Pareto chart, Root cause analysis, Failure mode and effect analysis, Multi-vari chart, Design ofexperiments, Kaizen, Statistical process control, 5S methodology, Poka-yoke
12+ years proven experience in quality assurance & quality control related areas
8+ years in process / continuous improvement related position
