Your primary role will be to provide technical support to operating facilities, and talent development of new Engineers. You will develop & conduct special studies and analysis for RCA & defect elimination processes
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Determine and implement correct RCA methodology according to predetermined criteria.
Develop & lead the implementation of a detailed RCA process.
Facilitate or Lead major investigations.
Participate in conducting training workshops and provide RCA Practitioner-level training.
Facilitate threat identification workshops.
Develop databases for defects & threats to retain it for a wider utilization.
