Job Description

Identify and resolve the reliability issues of the assigned plant. Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Bad Actor (BA), and Reliability Analysis for reliability incidents.

Job Resposibilities

Comply with Reliability programs and procedures such as QIS-Reliability incident management root cause failure analysis and Bad actor elimination process, and the section KPI’s.

Contribute to developing the training material for Reliability engineering staff to develop their capabilities.

Contribute in the company Reliability Engineering section Business Plan for preparing higher management yearly review and approval.

Utilise the engineering resources and complying with reliability process and programs such as root cause failure analysis and bad actors’ elimination process.

Contribute to developing, recommending, and implementing policies and procedures consistent with business strategies and best practices as related to the section
