Job Title: SR. GIS ENGINEER
Location: GCC., GCC.
Qualification:

Minimum 15 years experience in the field of geomatics in oil and gas industry.
At least 5 years experience in GIS on ESRI GIS platform.
Proven Project Management skills, Project Management certification is desirable.
Solid Experience in BPM, XML, SQL PLUS and comfort with UML Modeling.
Solid Experience in web application development and profound knowledge of programming languages such as
ArcObjects, VB.net, python, C#, html, XML, SQL, Java and Flex Script (required for Senior GIS Engineer responsible for
development of customized applications only).
Excellent written & verbal communication skills within a technical environment.
Very high Self-motivation, excellent team work, strong organizational skills, excellent analytical skills, critical thinking,
strong problem solving skills and attention to details.
Capability of working reliably and independently with limited or no supervision in a team environment with strong
interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated time management skills including organizing workload and priority setting and ability to work within
established timelines and to work in multiple projects

Bachelor degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related subject or Master's degree / post graduate diploma
in geomatics / GIS is highly desirable.
Bachelor Degree in Surveying /Geodetic or Geomatics Engineering can be considered for Senior GIS Engineer
responsible for Surveying activities only.

Responsible for planning, organizing and managing all activities required for systematic development of Corporate
Geospatial Information Systems that meets requirements of engineering, exploration, geosciences, production,
maintenance, environmental management, safety and security, and other business across the corporation and of specialist
multi-discipline engineering applications relying on geospatial information by managing business analysis, modelling,
design and architecture and ensuring accuracy, currency, security and quality of information content.
Responsible for development and management of customized business solutions and provision of geospatial services
across the corporation.
Responsible for providing surveying services, technical support, onsite services and supervision for onshore and
hydrographic surveying activities required for projects
