Job Description

• Role includes managing safety training for multinational and multi-cultural personnel which includes approximately 5,800+ employees and approximately 50,000+ contractors annually, particularly personnel mobilizing for Major Projects.
• Managing multiple training centers along with offsite training within a highly fluctuating demand.
• Works independently and adheres to State SHE Regulations, Internationally recognized SHE standards and best practices.
• Support NFE training plans and as part of HSE&Q  deliverables
• Advise Major Projects and Subsurface on HSEQ training program to effectively deliver 20+ HSE&Q Training Courses for employees and contractors in multiple site locations
• Supports the development of Major Projects and Subsurface SHE Training Plans (employees, APC contractors, capital projects, Shutdown contractors) based on business needs.
• Advise management on HSEQ training needs analysis for all stakeholders across the Company (employees, contractors, visitors, VIP’s, capital projects, onshore and offshore) in conjunction with all departments.
• Advise management on SHE mandatory training courses to ensure they meet the highest standards and supports  the development and introduction of new courses, ensuring they are aligned with the Company needs.
