We are seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounting trainer to join Client Business School, under the Finance Talent Development Dept (FTDD), and its primarily responsibility is to develop talent for the Finance Service Line at a Group level. The Division includes personnel serving as instructors, course content developers, subject matter experts in talent management. The personnel also serve as coordinators by working with SMEs from various business segments (Controllers, Treasury, Group Finance, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit) in designing and delivering courses. In addition, Finance Admin Area is responsible for bi-monthly keynote speaker series and other specialized certification programs (CFA, CPA, CMA, CIA, IFRS). The successful candidate will: Plan, design and develop curricula and coordinate with SMEs from various business segments (i.e., Admin Areas) to develop courses in accounting, finance and other business domains, and in most cases, co-deliver the courses with SMEs from relevant business segment; identify and make recommendations of new course offerings in consultation with SMEs from various business segments and make consistent effort to update course materials with new knowledge and participate in planning initiatives and successfully complete ad-hoc tasks
