Support the integrity and quality of Information Management to ensure availability of the most recent and up to date information / documentation to internal stakeholders

• The nature of the work is non-routine, in that each job is different and requires independent evaluation to establish the most appropriate course of action and allocation of resources.

Within a dynamic environment, with competing priorities and operating under time pressures, liaise effectively and efficiently with various parties to ensure a quality information management service with quality analysis is delivered

• 6 years’ relevant information / document control experience with information management systems in a technical project information management environment preferably within the oil and gas industry.

In depth knowledge and skills of information management guidelines, policies, procedures, and legal restrictions to ensure effective decision-making within established industry standard
