Job Description

• Responsible for work assigned by Coordinator for installing, troubleshooting repairing, and maintenance of electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment such as, different types of welding machines, cutting machines, transformers, electric motors, or any other system/equipment which is electrically operated.
• Responsible for repairing, inspection and maintenance of electrical and mechanical section of CNC machines such as PCB’s, drives, motors, Bus bars, Equipment Batteries, Indication and alarm systems, sensors, lighting etc.
• Responsible for maintenance, trouble shooting and repairing of mobile plant equipments, battery operated equipment and crane’s control systems.
• Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings
• Responsible for maintenance, trouble shooting and repairing of PLC/Scada systems.
• Programming of different types of electrical/electronic equipments
• Responsible for repairing, inspection and maintenance of different types of motor controls and pumps.
• Repair work on electrical and battery powered hand tools such as grinders, drill etc.
• Responsible for industrial cabling and wiring of equipments.
• Skills in trouble shooting (control circuits – hydraulic, mechanical & electrical)
• Provide training and support to workers.
• Supervise workers to complete the job allotted.
• Ensure employee discipline, and support employees to redress grievances.
• Provide general support and assistance to the team members.
• Ensure that safety is maintained in the workplace.
• Follow maintenance work orders and give feed backs and improvement suggestions to the Supervisor.
• Provide general support for office furnishing, maintenance, housekeeping etc.
• Adherence to company QHSES procedures
• Good communication skills in English.
