Assist Foreman and I Coordinators to provide timely maintenance and ensure safe operation of Utility networks and equipment for all Workshop, Office building and Pier side facilities.

Experience in maintenance of utility system and piping for water, sewage, gas lines at a similar industrial facility

Responsible for work assigned by foreman for installing, repairing, and maintenance of utilities piping and network, such as but not limited to building potable water system, drainage system, including restroom services, workshop gas and water lines, other external underground, and aboveground piping network. Maintenance and repair work on Potable water station (booster pump, different types of valvest level indicators) and temporary hose lines,

Repair drainage (foul & storm drainage) lines such as pipeline block, rupture & modifications.

Monitor yard main flowmeter station for usage record and LOTO as required.

Inspection and maintenance of workshop gas lines such as Acetylene, LPG, Compressed Air, C02 for the safe operation of all production activities.

Completion of assigned SAP PM Work order as instructed by the supervisor

Maintain accurate records of time and materials required to perform repairs and service.

Monitor Acetylene Storage facility for the yard for its maintenance and operation under the supervision of the Foreman/ Coordinator.

Carryout minor hot works for pipeline works such as bracing, cutting, joining etc.

Carryout Preventive maintenance and Corrective maintenance tasks for Firefighting lines in the yard as instructed by the Foreman/ Team leader.

Support in other mechanical related tasks as and when required such as but not limited to pneumatic system, hydraulic system.

Ensure that safety is maintained in the workplace.

Adherence to company QHSES procedures.
