Prepare, develope and maintain Maintenence Master Plan short term and long term and Schedules all corrective and preventive maintenance activities with providing all planning resources inputes
· Plan and prepare the short term maintenance plan in monthly and quarterly basis and share with maintenance and operation team in advance.
· Arrange and provide manpower requirement in coordination with maintenance team for outage period.
· Arrange pre-outage meetings in yearly, six months, three months and one month prior to the Gas turbines, MSFEs, Boilers and sea water pumps overhaul and annual inspections to ensure all requirements to be arranged ahead and describe all method statements and risk assessments to avoid any delay or incident during the outage.
· Monitor maintenance activities execution and providing reports to planning Sr. Engineer with the achievement and comparing the plan with actual and ensure overdue activities to be avoided.
· Create new PMS activities based on requirement, review and ensure preventive maintenance program are maintained properly to avoid major defects. As well as review and analyze the repeated defects and adding new PMS activities or increase the frequency to avoid the same.
· Obtain record of corrective, preventive and breakdown maintenance and prepare maintenance weekly report providing defects statistics with comparisons and highlighting repeated defects.
· Monitor to ensure all the resources are managed properly with full utilization.
· To monitor the implementation of Plant Automation Systems like the Permit System, Defect Card Management System and the Preventive Maintenance System. To coordinate with Maintenance and Operations for effective running of the System. To coordinate with IT for improvements and up gradations.
· Maintenance long Term Service Agreement coordination.
Initiate and ensure all overhaul and inspection reports are recorded in the maintenance history record system, also review the reports and provide summary report to Sr. Engineer
