Job Description

Support planning functions for Category IV to VI projects are in line with department business strategy and ensuring the implementation of project scheduling and monitoring processes for the department

Role is concerned with providing assistance to ensure timely and in-budget execution of complex brownfield projects by providing functional planning process knowledge and expertise.

Major challenges are (1) controlling uniformity across enormous projects portfolio for scheduling functions, (2) embedding appropriate uniform procedures for planning, scheduling functions

Support integrated Projects Planning, Scheduling and Progress reporting procedures for Qatargas projects, CAT-IV to VI projects.

Ensure planning and scheduling processes delivery to meet department objective.

Maintain clear reporting and lines of communication requirements for planning and scheduling with projects management teams and maintain close working relationships.

Provide schedule input to Work Program & Budget (WP&B) projects budget data and provided to Project Assurance section for compilation.
