Job Description

The role provides coordination and support to Company sites and asset maintenance and perform HVAC & Lighting maintenance activities by highest quality & safety standards as per Company standards and codes.
? Major challenges of the role includes (1) performing all HVAC & Lighting repair works by meeting high safety standard and follow all the guidelines; (2) coordinating of all notifications and work order registry during shutdowns/ turnarounds and routine support services maintenance activities; (3) leading a Team of HVAC & Lighting Technicians contractors towards a common KPIs in achieving the target; (4) engaging with multi asset maintenance teams across all operational assets to ensure HVAC & Lighting related support provided for reliability and minimize production impacts; (5) providing 24 X 7 “on-call” business support for HVAC & Lighting related issues in the event of plant emergencies; (6) leading all Long term contract workforce for safe and quality execution of HVAC & Lighting maintenance activities.

Job Resposibilities

1. Ensure the implementation and adherence to approved quality, health, safety and environmental procedures and system that protects staff and assets and meets Company objectives.
2. Assist with the allocation of resources and monitor work progress to determine effectiveness of deployment.
3. Monitor performance effectiveness and recommend improvements in order to develop enhanced procedures.
4. Perform as a source of technical expertise within allocated team in order to trouble shoot major and complex problems.
5. Supervise and support assigned team in work activities ensuring efficient execution of tasks as per schedule plan.

6. Prioritise and implement schedules relating to planned maintenance, installation and repair activities with effective coordination between end-users/stakeholders.
7. Generate activity reports and database information to monitor and track work progress, identify trends and maintain service histories of all maintenance work.
8. Close-out of maintenance request notifications and work orders in the system with relevant details.
9. Execution of all notifications and work order registry during shutdowns/ turnarounds and routine support services maintenance activities.
