Support the Fire Protection program and related fire risk mitigation activities in an assigned area and support the Fire Protection Section to perform fire protection inspection & testing activities

• Reports to Fire Protection Lead.  
• Regular contact with HSE&Q, Operations, Engineering & Project departments.   
• Ensure   all   activities are undertaken in compliance with Company Safety, Health and Environment and Quality policies, regulations and standards
• Perform regular inspection and  testing  of fixed and portable fire protection system and equipment within an assigned area of responsibility in order to ensure optimum operational status and readiness fire protection system for its use.
• Assists in the allocation of Fire Inspection & Testing tasks to Fire Protection Contract Staff as required and assists in the coordination of Work Management System.
• Identify Corrective actions, Fire impairment, Evaluate the adequacy of contingency measures and assist in the deployment of alternative fire protection means,.
• Support the Fire Protection Planner, Maintenance teams and external contractors to record, perform corrective works of fire protection systems and equipment, and follow up on the corrective work orders to ensure the operability of fire protection system.
• Maintain inventory tools, consumable material and spare parts as required to perform the Fire Protection Inspection & Testing
