For operating cranes and to perform other assigned tasks according to specifications and requirements

1. Read work orders and work instructions to determine job instructions, Ensure those jobs (i.e., Crane operation) are carried out as per the schedule given by supervisor.
2. Before commencement of crane operations, carry out pre-operation inspection of crane, completion of checklists and report any identified abnormality.
3. Conduct risk assessment within areas of operation, (such as take 5) and ensure that risk (risk probability and consequence) is well understood and eliminated or controlled for the job and work area. Working closely with Supervision to ensure that operations activities are sanctioned.
4. Maintain safe operations of cranes, taking extreme caution in the vicinity of permanent and temporary installations, including overhead, or laid high voltage cables and power lines.

       5. Ensure work area preparation and housekeeping are completed safely and diligently.

       6.Works closely with rigger/signalman to ensure high visibility, and navigation of obstacles and changes in environmental conditions.

       7. Follow quality, safety, and environment in accordance with the requirement of the integrated Management System Manual.

       8. Raise hazard report regularly as per Company Technology Solutions policy.

       9. Contributes ideas for improvement to the employee suggestion scheme.

       10. Employee should prioritize wellbeing of themselves and their colleagues while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Adhere to all health & safe protocols, participate in wellbeing &                 wellness, programs, and promptly report any concerns regarding the wellbeing of oneself & others in order to foster a culture of best practice.

11, Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

12.Tasks must be completed efficiently and safely. All work must adhere to high-quality and auditable standards consistent with the company's integrated management systems (IMS) and policies
