Job Description

Execute all related welding activities on^uboard and workshop in a safe manner to meet project targets. All assigned jobs shall be completed in accordance to yard safety and quality standard practices within the budgeted time frame and man-hours.

1. Execute welding repair, fabrication, and design. Prepare fabricated metal structures using blueprints and sketches. Weld repair and/or replace a variety of equipment. tools and piping.

2. Inspect piping systems to insure safety and effectiveness of installations, and check gauges and metering devices for measurement accuracy of pressure and flowage.

3, Demonstrate work behaviours consistent with company values and work within company policies, standards, procedures and any legislative requirements,

4. Reduce production variability through minimising re-work and optise cost as necessary.

5. Fulfill all obligations directly related to working safely while adhering to company safety polices & procedures.

6. Verify conformance offinishecl work-piece to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools as necessary.

7. Closely monitor the fabrication activities to avoid any failure in the fit-up/welding,

8. Work individually as the quality boss (if nominated in a quality control role)

9. Closely monitor & Identify any discrepancies during fit-up & welding to avoid the rework and delay in the fabrication process.

10. Employees should prioritize the wellbeing of themselves and their colleagues while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Adhere to all health & safety protocols, participate in wellbeing        wellness programs, and promptly report any concerns regarding the wellbeing of oneself & others in order to foster a CllItUt•e of best practice.
