Executing steelworks jobs to specifications & requirements and to complete assigned tasks given in a productive & safe manner, This is an industrial worker job; all work is executed to a high quality & auditable standard that is consistent with the companies integrated management systems (IMS) & policies

1. Ensure assigned jobs are carried out as per the schedule given by supervisor/ Group leader.
2. Raise hazard report regularly. Assist to Supervisor/ Group leader for effective manpower planning.
3. Before commencement of operations, carry out equipment inspection and update the observation of the operators check list,
4. Conduct risk assessment within areas of operation, (such as take 5) and ensure that risk (risk probability and consequence) is well understood and eliminated or controlled for the job and work area, Working closely with Supervision to ensure that operations are activities are sanctioned, supervised, and monitored,
5. Ensure work area preparation and housekeeping are completed safely and diligently.
6. Ensure that the tools & equipment are inspected /calibrated prior to use.
7. Carry out gas Cutting, Fitting, and grinding jobs as per the drawing / specification.
8. Follow quality, safety and environment requirements of the integrated Management System Manual.
9. Contributes ideas for improvement to the employee suggestion scheme
10. Employee should prioritize wellbeing of themselves and their colleagues while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Adhere to all health & safety protocols, participate in wellbeing & wellness programs, and promptly report any concerns regarding the wellbeing or oneself & others in order to foster a culture of best practice
11. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
