Job Description
Perform all related welding activities on-board and workshop in a safe manner to meet project targets.
1. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
2. Perform welding and grinding jobs according to the required procedures, ensuring safety and quality.
3. Maintain housekeeping of the workplace to the required standards,
4. Ensure appropriate use of tools and machinery, preventing excessive wear, tear, and breakdowns.
5, Prevent wastage of materials and welding consumables, and report any malfunction of tools and machinery to the immediate supervisor.
6. Take initiative to pursue self-development through on-the-job training and education.
7. Follow day-to-day operations related to your own job to ensure continuity of work.
8. Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to 
ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
9. Employee should prioritize their own well-being and that of their colleagues while maintaining a safe and healthy 
work environment, Adhere to all health and safety protocols, participate in well-being and wellness programs, and promptly report any concerns regarding the well-being of oneself and others to foster a culture of best practice.
10. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
