Provide expert strategic direction and leadership to the Organization in all areas of Finance (including Treasury, Budgeting, Planning, Reporting, Accounting, Taxation, Controls, Recoveries and Payables) in order to help the Management make key business decisions
as per company Vision, Mission and both near-term and long-term Strategic Business Objectives
Oversee, coordinate and monitor the Financial Strategy and day-to-day Finance Operations of company ensuring strong Financial Health, guiding Investment Strategies and managing Financial Risks while supporting overall Business Objectives. Ensure strict adherence to Regulatory Requirements, Industry Standards and Internal Policies of company
Develop and implement Financial Strategies that align with the Company’s Strategic Business Objectives, both short-term and long-term. Oversee Financial Planning and Analysis, including Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance Analysis
Liaise with relevant Regulatory Agencies and monitor changes in Laws or Regulations affecting the Industry, in order to ensure on-going Financial Compliance
Provide on-going guidance and awareness to the Management Committee and other Stake-holders about prevailing and new Compliance Laws and Regulations related to Financial Controls and Risk Management that impact Business Operations
Experience in developing, planning and implementing successful Finance Operations in a big
OMC
. In-depth knowledge of local Laws, updated Government Policies pertaining to the Oil Marketing
Industry and ERP Systems
. Ability to translate complex Regulatory and Technical information and communicate to the
Business in a comprehensible manner
