Job Title:	Head of Offshore Maintenance (NFS)
Location:	GCC., GCC.
Qualification:	Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
Department:	oil and gas
Experience:	10 years maintenance experience in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry with relevant exposure to LNG and within offshore and onshore environments including 3 years’ experience in supervisory roles.

Plan, optimize and deliver project maintenance readiness deliverables (people, spares, maintenance plans, EQDB, CMMS, procedures and work processes) to ensure safe, reliable start-up and life cycle maintenance of the new facilities.
Context of the role incudes; (1) Accountable for assigned project maintenance activities and deliverables, (2) Developing the maintenance readiness plan, (3) Building new maintenance organization and developing required expertise and competency, (4) Optimizing manpower utilisation in accordance with multi-projects dynamic schedules, (5) Leading high risk maintenance dynamic commissioning and start-up activities for complex & large scale projects involving new recruits, unproven technologies, multiple vendors and SIMOPS, (6) Lead maintenance investigations during trips and failures.
Major challenge is delivering all maintenance deliverables such as Asset Register, Maintenance Strategy, PM Plans, Spares, Chemicals and BOMs, prior to handover
