Responsible for ground level implementation and Supervision for the execution of work . Supervsion to ensure implementation for work  specifications, work lists and on-board inspections.  Guide  and Control work preparation on assigned project (s). Enabe Preparators implementaion of development work ,drawings , materials and submit work completion forms to commercial department.

Job Resposibilities

Key Accountabilities:

1. Dayto-day operations
2. Work alongside the Project Supervisor and Foreman to identify the scope of work from Owner’s specifications, tenders, work lists, on-board and shop inspections.
3. Assist the Project Supervisor and Foreman for Man-hours estimation for work processes
4. Understand the scope and ensure implementaion and execution of “mark-up” drawings .
5. Preparation of related drawings for approval by relaevant parties.
6. Create a daily plan of action to organise tasks to complete jobs effectively
7. Oversee the  materials requisitions.
8. Lead all activites realted to Work Preparation
9. Developing work descriptions.
10. Liaison with Owner representative, PJM, Invoicer, other trades and  other sections within Department
11. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure optimised flow of work
12. Safety, Quality & Environment
13. Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
14. Related Assignments
15. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
