Job Resposibilities

  1. Ensure compliance based on the company's SFIEQS requirements.
  2. Knowledge of setting of keel blocks as per instruction from Docking Engineer or Supervisor.
  3. Removal, packing and leveling of blocks.
  4. Safe handling of mooring lines when vessel docks, undocks, berths and un-berths.
  5. Ranging and calibration of Anchor and chains.
  6. Assist in heating, removal and reinstallation of Kenter shackles.
  7. Assist in installation and removal of vessel gangways.
  8. Removal and installation of wires for cranes, life boat davits, accommodation ladders.
